This whole book was from Alisa's point of view.We come to know more about her history. how she got her powers,her mother and why she made her all magic go away. she tries to meet up with her mother's family and get to know him. I felt really sad for her but really glad that she was strong and matured and made the correct decisions. Romance was sweet between charlie and her.Now off to 14th book.

The story starts with Alisa Point of view and even Morgan too. It was good to know both side of the party and how another person reacts when she comes to know she was a witch. Her reaction was totally different. In this all people are facing the Dark Wave which Morgan's Carien casted so that Morgan would join his clan and its all about how Morgan and Alisa tried to defeat the dark wave from destroying Kithnic with help of Hunter and Mr Neill.
At first I didn't like Alisa much...her being very bitchy and being judgmental but as story progressed she grew up a lot and understood magic.

I like the cover first of all.

This book starts with Megan transfered to new place ,new school due to her mother's death her father likes to keep moving but what she discovers there its life changing. She starts getting attracted to Adam and then starts noticing very weird things about DeRis family. She feels tingling on her neck. Then there is a secret reveal which just makes her life go upside down.


She discovers she is Carrier of the mark...means she is one of the elements f earth ie Air. She being from Royal blood and Carrying a mark makes her special and that's what Knox whats from her.

I overall liked the story but the story seemed going to fast . The love story which started with Adam and Megan was kinda like forced and very quickly developed. I couldn't connect with there story. Its somehow they met,he ignored and then he told he couldn't control his feeling started talking to the girl and that's it. So yes the starting romance was not well developed.
The concept of Air water fire and earth was good and the thing of balance

After that the story did take a interesting way. There were many things ,many secrets,many concepts revealed which just shocks everyone.

I loved everything...The characters were well developed, i loved the concept. Just the book being fast paced was a disappointment. It killed the spark. that's why it took me long to finish it.

But all twilight lovers will love this book.

WOW!! What a book!! In each and every book a hstory is revealed....Many secrets comes out an even though short and fast its awesome book.

Thi book eals with Morgan coming to know her History...coming to know Rose who was creator of Dark wave...A peson whoo got into Dark due to wrong done to her and people hatred for woodbane. It held more elements than previous books. It was more darker and intresting.

I really understood Rose for what she did even had good intention but her actions got rong...her disappointment in her soul mate made her turn Bitter. I wish there was someone strong to correct her but now this is history!

Now Eclipse here I come.

Now,let me tell you how I started reading Jennifer Ashley's books. I started with Lady Isabelle's scandalous marriage...I started reading the book and first twenty page and I left got bored and went to other books. But one fine day I again took up this book I don't know what was I thinking But whatever I was thinking I am glad I read the book and found it sooo fascinating that I read all the three books back to back without any break in just 2 days!! It was sooo sooo awesome....My Favorite Madness of Lord Ian Mackenzie!!I got this book after soo long and thank god I finally found it...I really wanted to know what happened with Hart and Eleanor.

This book deals with The Duke Lord Hart and Eleanor his former fiance who broke of her engagement with him due to some reason. We saw both of them in last three books and was curious to know what happened with them. I always liked a arrogant men's romantic stories how they fall in love with such strong ladies. It has it own thrill!!! The ladies have their ways to Tame the Mckenzies!!



The book started with Eleanor meeting up with Hart in a public to talk something important and i.e someone was sending photographs of him and another reason she wanted a job and Hart saw this as a great opportunity to keep her close, to win her back and he even invited her father.

He was running an election for prime minister and this book deals with the decisions he make,problems he has to face due to gaining problem. We come to know more about Hart and his history,his agony,his determination to rule and control. He goes through many changes in this book due to Eleanor.He was totally transformed. His drive to win and control had lead to many mistakes and I felt so sorry for him. The pace is good and well written .


Eleanor was strong,intelligent and AWESOME!!! I liked that she was never afraid and didn't get controlled by Hart! We get to know more about her after knowing bits and pieces of her in previous books. we come to know many secrets, many revelations in this book which will keep you hooked!!!Her dedication to help Hart and her love for Ian an her father. I loved the letters ....It was funny , sad , touching and revealing.

The romance was hot!!! I loved it. I like a man who knows what he want and not afraid to claim it!! The sex was steamy!!I loved the photographs!!

I really like Ian even though mad ...I love his reaction and his funny actions and love for his wife and children.Its so nice to see him caring for Hart and his cleverness.

I was glad to know there is more books coming and I am eagerly waiting for it. I think I am never getting tired of reading more about Ian ,Beth ,Cameron, Ainsley , Daniel, Isabella and Mac and The Mackenzie's Brood!!!

Half-Blood by Jennifer L. Armentrout

Well..well..well..when I first read the reviews of the book ..There were so many of them saying its similar to "Vampire Academy"

But still I went out and got this book because saying it is similar to VA made me want to read this book..but I didn't start reading it immediately...Then one day I thought I should read it but I just couldn't The VA thing came into my mind and put down the book thrice after reading just 20 pages

But after seeing lots of my friends reading Half blood I thought no this time I would surely read it...
And Gods!!! I wasn't disappointed... I would say It does have similarities to VA but still many few interesting things were there which kept me glued to the book till the end. I actually in between forgot that this book does have those similarities....Its starts with her mother getting killed by Daimon and she rushed off to covenant and learning many truths about herself.. I wouldn't reveal those things..But I liked the surprises in between.. I would say Author's writing was also a great touch.. I love her writing..:)

I have always liked strong Female leads and I wasn't disappointed with Alex..she was interesting to read...Her fights Lea made it interesting.. Strong , stubborn, out spoken. Well can I say she was just like Rose...I seriously liked her and the strength she shown at the end of the book..

Aiden is OH MY GOD!! I just love his eyes.... everything about him Pulls me towards him..sweet, strong, SEXY..

Seth is another matter ! where in other books I kind of find all the second guys to be sweet and adorable but this Oh my...he is too Handsome..being Apollyon added to his charm..He is funny witty .. I liked his all scenes with Alex...

But the thing is I want Alex to be with Aiden ...however much I like Seth..The concept of Gods was good.. the pace of the story wasn't that fast nor that slow for me...I am definatly Gonna read Pure
