let the rivers run, the monster inside has won…

OMG!OMG! OMG!!! I can't believe I am reading this before the release. Because I tell you I couldn't wait no loner. I would have begged and begged Pepper Winters to give it me. I already told in the first book. I am her enslave and I don't want to be free.

This book is more dark, more twisted, more painful. If you think if its just erotic book , then you are wrong. Its about two people trying to trust each ...learning to stay n the relationship with each other...even though they are scared to loose control and give in to Pain and Pleasure!!

This book is better and darker and awesome than the first. Letting us into the mind of Q was such a great idea. You see Q developing into a man who cared, even though you might think he is still the master even then there small sweet moments of his which will touch your heart.

He is sexy beast who stole my heart too.

This book is unpredictable!! I never knew it was coming. I freaking loved Q for what he did. For the monster hebecame for Tess's enemies. If monsters are like Q then I want Qincy for myself!

He is gentle on inside and savage on outside...He wants to hurt and wants to protect whats his!!

Emotional,heart breaking, touching, hooking,unpredictable, sexy male alpha, hot strong lady and awesome awesome plot which will make you fall in love with the book. The way the author has written it with a qoute in the starting of the chapter is THE BEST!!!

My Review

There are books which leaves you breathless and wanting for more. It affects you in a way which makes you go speechless and you don't know how to explain that feeling. Well, this book was one of them and I am still think how to exactly explain how much I loved this book. Let me tell you I loved it! I loved it!

I can't believe I do have a habit of starting the book without reading any reviews or synopsis. Sometimes I take the risk and its worth it. I did hear a few words that from my reader friends that this book was awesome and so wonderful and based on that and the cover I fell for this book and when I got this book from the author I just couldn't stop myself to leave everything and start reading this book.

I will not of course will give you any spoilers.I will just tell you how I felt. This book was hot and sexy and at the same time sweet too. I can't believe it would get so intense and emotional. My heart was totally involved in this book. There are moments in the book which will leave you surprised. you couldn't have guessed this would happen. this book is not a love story. It's about falling in love , about friendship, about protecting what you love. :)

Th characters are well built that you could connect with them, strong lead heroine, hot and loving hero , the plot addicting so much you don't want to miss any single word. Sexy and hot moments too ;) and sweet and loving. touching moments :)

So if you haven't picked it up yet, please go and read this awesome book :D

Excerpt 1

Hunter grabs my arm, tugging me against his rock-hard-chest. His strong arms wrap around

my waist at the exact second my hands encircle his neck. With our bodies plastered up against

each other, it’s impossible to hide the shaking in my legs—or the insane ratcheting of my heart.

Each time I look into his molten-lava eyes, I fear I might melt right there in front of the

entire crowd. Every few seconds, his arms wind around me tighter—convincing me just how

unbearable it is to feel him against me.

Being this close to Hunter is pleasure—and pain—all wrapped up into one giant ball of

confusion. My body’s experiencing things it never has, things I’m not sure it’s ready for just yet.

He renders me powerless in every sense of the word. The one thing that scares me more than

anything else does. Well, other than magic.

I’ve never imagined feeling vulnerable to a guy. But in this moment—on this night—I feel

more helpless than I ever thought possible.

The heady, sweet scent of his skin is like an intoxicating drug. All I can do is inhale until my

lungs are ready to explode.

I wrap the hair on the back of his head around my index fingers, as the goose bumps on his

neck tease my palms.

We continue turning in circles in the center of the dance floor. I look up into his smoldering

I contemplate the familiarity of this moment, unable to maintain concentration as he leans

down to rest his face on my cheek. His right hand slides up my back and under my hair, to find

its resting place on the nape of my neck. His touch sparks electricity inside of me. I must be

dreaming.

Why does this guy I barely know have to be so damn perfect? I don’t recall ever being held

like this—not even when a guy has claimed to love me. Hunter acts like we’ve known each other

forever. But we haven’t. In fact, we’re more or less strangers.

I don’t know if I should run away as fast as my feet will carry me, or take everything in until

there’s nothing left. I never imagined a single person could affect me to the core this way. Part of

me wants to cry. But the other part of me wants to freeze this moment in time—because I know it

will eventually end anyway.

It has to.

He’d hate me if he found out who I really am. ‘What’ I really am.

I can’t get close enough to take that chance.

My eyes begin to fill. As I take a few deep, calming breaths, he pulls his head back to stare

at my face. The pained expression in his eyes touches me.

Does he sense my hesitation?

But before I can debate it any further, he gently places his cool, moist lips upon mine.

Time stands still.He leans his head back, as a single tear descends my cheek. But instead of looking surprised

or upset, he simply wipes the drop away with his thumb. Gazing into my tear-filled eyes, he

leans in again to take my mouth in a more forceful kiss. His soft lips massaging mine until we

find a perfect, consuming rhythm.

My heart catches in my throat.

Numbness takes over my body—like I’m floating on a cloud. Is this what it means to melt?

I’ve never felt anything like this. Not even close.

A first kiss like this only exists in fairytales.

And that’s all it can ever be.

I am SO GLAD that i got to see the post about blog tour about this book UNDER DIFFERENT STARS. that I got an opportunity of reading this book in advance! Thank you so much Amy for writing such an awesome books. Your books are soo soo addicting and This goes for this book.

Do you know I didn't even read the synopsis of this book. The cover and the author were enough for me to decide this book is going to be touching, thrilling, touching and characters so brilliant.

I will just tell you how I feel about the book.so that I don't give out any spoilers.

SO I loved this so much that I read in one sitting. Without reading the synopsis ...this book had to hooked. I really LOVED KRICKET....I so wish I could have been more like her. STrong, brilliant, loyal and so caring about others. She is a stone let me tell you. She can adjust. and she has got VIOLET EYES! Sorry couldn't resist!

Trey! Oh Trey! Best bodygaurd ever! Hot, sexy, and so loving character. who couldn't fall in love with him. The scene between both him and Kricket is sweet, romantic, and sexy ;)

Okay about the secondary characters I won't reveal much but they are exciting and entertaining. It will leave you laughing the hell out. Even the bad guys are awesome!

OKay about the plot.....LOVED IT! SO different. Amy created a world I couldn't imagine. so unpredictable and so different ....that you will want to know more and more. The story is developed with awesome pace. ...filled with action a lot. Te way the author writes hooks you up.

so Review in few words-EXCITING,HOOKING,UNPREDICTABLE,PERFECT CHARACTERS,ROMANTIC,FILLED WITH HUMOR!!! Which will leave you breatheless and gasping for air....I still laugh in between my studies when I recall some incident :D

Water swirls around me as I open my eyes. I shiver, realizing I’m in Trey’s arms. He’s standing chest deep in crystal blue water with Wayra pacing on the bank only steps away. Clutching Trey closer to me, my cheek remains on his shoulder. Watching a bead of water slip down his powerful neck, I hear Jax say, “She’s waking up.”Trey, cupping his hand in the water, pours some of it over my hair. It drips down the sides of my face, cooling me. “Let’s get her out. I’ll get the visor and we can check her vitals.”As Trey wades out of the pond with me in his arms, I try to lift my head from his shoulder. It makes me dizzy so I lay it back. It’s then I notice that I’m only in my bra and underwear. A blush creeps into my cheeks as I hug Trey tighter to me. Wayra meets us on the bank, draping a blanket over us. Trey sits down with me on his lap. He leans against a tree trunk holding me securely to his chest. Peeking at his face, he seems angry as he smoothes my hair back from my face.Hurrying over with the visor that looks like grandma goggles, Trey sets them on my eyes. Everything is green as I gaze around at the water in front of us. Flashing green lights and readouts occupy the peripherals of the glasses, but the information is running faster than I can possibly read it.“Ho!” Jax exclaims next to me.Immediately, Trey’s arms tighten on me as he barks out, “What? I live in Michigan with my husband and our two sons. My family is very supportive of my writing. When I’m writing, they often bring me the take-out menu so that I can call and order them dinner. They listen patiently when I talk about my characters like they’re real. They rarely roll their eyes when I tell them I’ll only be a second while I finish writing a chapter…and then they take off their coats. They ask me how the story is going when I surface after living for hours in a world of my own making. They have learned to accept my “writing uniform” consisting of a slightly unflattering pink fleece jacket, t-shirt, and black yoga pants.
