When I saw the cover I was hooked to the point that I kept on staring at it and the first reason I signed up for it. Trust me I didn't read the synopsis. I just dived into the story. Its about Eve who has a boring life and suddenly her life changes when she witnesses something which she shouldn't.
There were so many characters which had their own short story which I really liked . Even it wasn't big book but a fast paced every character got a chance to tell there story. There was humor ,there was pain, there was steamy scenes,there was hot guys ;) There was a perfect plot and the way it ended had me shouting no! I can't wait to read next book!!

My Name is Jessica Louise Smith and, like my protagonist Evie Stone, I'm from the rural county of Herefordshire, in the UK famous for cider and bulls. That isn't where the similarities end; I also lost my longterm, onoffonoffonagain boyfriend, Malcolm McClure, in a biking accident when he was just twentyfour years old. Hence Godcorp was born.

After Malcolm died the questions that plague Evie were the ones that haunted me. Where had he gone? Why? How could I get him back? I'd never felt anything like it the gutwrenching pain and absolute, worldcrashing, everythingI'veeverknowniswrong disbelief. I couldn't accept he was gone. Everything screamed: `Mistake!` I began to wonder about the reality of the afterlife and Heaven. I mean, think about it, such an operation would have to be immense, and what kind of organisation that big never makes mistakes? The idea of Heaven as a massive corporate and Evie Stone's quest to bring Malcolm back home was born.

Outside of being a writer I work, as Evie does, for a specialist IT sales agency. I sell business analytics solutions into the major UK banks and retailers, and have always had the jammiest streak in the world. It serves me well.

I'm also a qualified NLP practitioner, Reiki Master and I've got the highest score on Bopit of anyone I know. I got through to the screen test for BBC's The Apprentice a few years back and am now glad I didn't make it, as I'd never have written Godcorp.

I'd say the book is my biggest achievement. It's just a shame Malcolm will never read it.

For me the story was ok and here's why. In my mind (and from the books I have read) the lifestyle of BDSM is of a more serious partnership. It isn't taken lightly and some of the happenings just didn't jive for me. Granted you have two people who have never met competing together to win $1M and one of them that has no idea what the BDSM lifestyle is like or about.

I expected there to be more of a serious role out of Lucian. He lived the lifestyle in the past. I would of expected him to take the upper hand and teach Tara how to submit instead he basically lets her make a fool of herself. It made the story more comical than serious. I did LOL a few times and maybe that's ok?!

To me "Dom Wars" would of been a competition of the men Dominating the women at a higher stake. I don't know maybe my interpretation of how I thought the book would be and how it was where so off that it I didn't quite like it as much as I thought I would.

How soon can you LOVE someone? I think it might take more than a few days, don't you? So this part for me was not very believing and threw the story off. Yes, a HEA is what we all want when reading a story, but I would of liked the story to take on a different ending. They've met, had a kinky time, now let's see where they will go without the confession of love.

It was also hard to follow chapter by chapter because you didn't know if it was Lucian's POV or Tara's POV.

Lucian Bane and Tara Reese have made it to round two in DOM WARS. The challenges now revolve around trust and while Tara's inhibitions in the world of BDSM are crushed by his passion, her deep rooted fears become the real obstacle he must dominate.

I am giving this round 4 stars and the main reason for that is because Tara gets to dominate Lucian and I loved it. If my memory serves me right, this is the first book I have read where the female gets to Dominate and it isn't in a torturous way.

Their roles of being on the game are still there, but I felt like their connection was more real in this one. I also like that the book was based just on these two and no one else. Let's us get into their minds a bit more and I love that!

Once again the chapters go from her to him without letting you know whose mind your in but other than that I really liked this book!!!

My Review
This book was amazing from the start. Oh wow What do I say! I have the Best hangover. You are going to love the controlled Suzy losing control.You are going to Love City and he will invoke all the feelings in you like he did with Suzy! He has ruined me. This was fast and a very beautifully written story about both of the. The Fun moments will have you laughing so hard. And yes,There is a surprise which you will find in it!! The way their story resolved and the characters developed you are going to love them!!City was beautiful,hot yet so sweet and I feel for him instantly!! With Suzy I was bit frustrated with her sometimes but then I started liking her later on!! Trust me look at that hot cover of it! You have to read it~!!!

“Do you swear?” I asked as she set the glass back on the bar.

“What?” She gaped at me.

“Do you swear? Simple question. You’ve said ‘heck’ and ‘friggin’’ so far, but nothing dirty.”

“Oh, um, yeah, I swear.” Her cheeks turned pink and a small smile spread across her face. “I’m just used to watching my words with the kids around all day.”

“Prove it,” I said as I stared in her blue sapphire eyes.

“What? Why?”

“Cause I need to know if it’s in you. Are you all good girl or is there more under there dying to come out?” I hid the smile and laughter that was so close to breaking free from my lips. The pink of her cheeks spread across her face. I know I embarrassed her, but fuck, I needed to know if I stood a chance.

“Yes, I swear. What do you think I am? I’m not a child, City.” She glared at me as she raised the drink to her lips and wrapped them around the rim. Fuck I wanted those lips wrapped around my shaft, taking me deep and sucking me off.

“Never said you were, babe. Do you drink besides tonight?” I asked, now smiling because I knew she was upset. I liked the fire I saw in her eyes when I pointed out her good girl qualities – she obviously didn’t like being labeled.

“Sometimes. I’m just responsible. I don’t drink and drive. My dad used to be a cop and it was drilled into my head at an early age.” The words she spoke hit me like a ton of bricks. Drunk driving was the one thing in the world that caused my blood to boil.

Good girl teacher with a cop father? Just my luck. “Nothin’ wrong with that. Virgin daiquiris aren’t always your thing, then?”

“Why? Do I have to be a drinker? I mean does it make me less of an adult?”
