The sequel to Half blood..First of all I loved The cover and name..It has certain shine to it..

There were so many comparisons to vampire academy even it this and even in reviews I got to read it but still I wanted to read this book and am glad i did ..It has its own uniqueness even if few things match

In this Alex deals with her developing feelings for Aiden, her training to be next Apollyon, and her connection with Seth.This book was funny,serious and beautifully written . God, it did get emotional sometimes.

I have always liked Aiden how much ever mistakes she made..she was brave strong stubborn and she finally well till now understood what her relationship with Aiden will do to her.There is loads of politics.Sometimes I would to feel like to break the neck of the person going against half blood.

There are many twists and turns and few surprises and new furies... I was really sad for celeb and I would surely miss miss him in the series.

Seth was H.O.T and handsome..caring and sweet too. He was a constant support for Alex . I don't think I can choose between Seth and Aiden. They are just perfect..no faults.. I really feel for all there... I have always loved the concept of forbidden romance and this book has a good one... Aiden is honorable..hot..sexy.. irresistible and yes..what he does at the end proves how much he cares for Alex..there is loads of tension between all the three

oh boy!!!I loved loved this book ...I want to thank Akansha Kalra for recommending this book to me or else I wouldn't have come across this book at all!! A big Shout out to you girl!!!

This is my second teacher-student relationship book and I am already loving this genre and I think this book brought back al the excitement which i had somehow lost in reading in last few months....I think I will have to read more books like Losing it and I want to think Cora Carmack for writing such a wonderful story so beautiful and so perfectly explained ...i fell in love with characters.... I need to read more this knd of Genre!! Forbidden romance has its own excitement!! Normal books are so so exciting...I think so I am finally coming back to normal after being so paranormal!!!

In the book , Bliss was a Virgin!! and she wanted to lose it and the guy she almost had sex with turned out to be her professor...Now now can you be in same class when you have been intimate and left abruptly was the questions and dealing with teacher student relationship and trying to resisting the attraction between them...I was painful to see both of them s suffering and wanting but can't have...I love Shakespeare and the addition of its play as a perfect set to the story!!! it so much matched with story line !!

The sexual tension between the both Garrick and Bliss was so so intense that I was thinking when will they finally give in...it was so sweet,hot sexy romance they had and the scenes where so so much perfect!!! the man can be tormenting!!!you love,cry laugh at this book!!

There is a little other story to it well you have to read this book....it will set you on fire literally!!! Its a awesome book and how they deal with their relationship and the problem they face is all about that!!

Those who love forbidden romance and teacher student relationship story you are gonna love this book a lot!!!

WoWW!! WOWW!!! WOWW!! Amazing book !! Loved it from the start till the end and the cover is just brilliant!!! and I also heard Significance is going to be a movie and that's a great great news!! Shelly Crane you rock!!!

The book starts with Maggie and Caleb and their family goes out to meet them and present Visionary i.e Maggie. Their has been no visionary for long long time and everyone is so happy getting back their visionary back and everyone seems to bow down always whenever they talk to her. the book deals with all the rules, regulations,traditions that a visionary should follow and what she has not to do. these restrictions seemed unreasonable. Maggie tries to accept her new role and tries to mingle with everyone. The council champion is Donald who is a Watson too who hated Jacobsons a lot.


There so many rues and regulations that seemed so unreasonable so restrictive for people that there was rebellion in the book by Maggie and Caleb that's I think this book is called Defiance.


Maggie was little confused,little weak and terrified in the end with being visionary and what to do. but as the story progressed she seemed to grow more stronger,more braver,understanding and finally coming to know the importance of being visionary and what could be done with that and she didn't follow any of those stupid rules which were so so bad and tries to make new rules, new changes in the way of council. and I was happy Caleb was with her the whole time.

Jen and Bish story was painful and touching but there are things which would would make you happy.

Donald , Marcus and Marla with their hatred,greet, anger and their need to imprint was all there in the book they created lots of difficulties for Jacobson. To slow down the visionary.

There are lots of twist and turns and new revelations and secrets ad explanation which will keep yo hooked with this book. I want Independence like right now after such an ending!!!!

In this, we get both Hunter's and Morgan's point of view. There is two set of storyline in this book . One of Patrice who was not behaving well and hunter had to deal with it and Morgan having dreams of hawks with fire. So this book deals with Hunter trying to find out what was wrong with Patrice the coven leader and trying to help Morgan out with her dreams...and doubting whether Ca has again come back to take away Morgan from him. This also deals with Sky and Raven coming back. we don't see much of Alisa in this.

this is the thing I really wanted to say for a long time. If you love a person then why can't you accept them as they are. you say you love them but still not happy with what they are doing. I really got angry sometimes when Mary K behaved when wicca was mentioned. She cared about Alisa but left her just because what she practices. So i never got around liking her. On starting I though ok it would improve but no she was same as ever . I like her parents though I can get what they are feeling but still they let her do what Morgan wants.Practising,beleiing in something doesn't mean you are wrong and not worth the friendship.

No only the last book is left which i really need to finsh.

This whole book was from Alisa's point of view.We come to know more about her history. how she got her powers,her mother and why she made her all magic go away. she tries to meet up with her mother's family and get to know him. I felt really sad for her but really glad that she was strong and matured and made the correct decisions. Romance was sweet between charlie and her.Now off to 14th book.
